Planned Water Outage to Affect Barracks/Rugby Neighborhood on Saturday, Nov. 20
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - On Saturday, November 20, 2021, there will be a planned water outage between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. for a large area of the Barracks/ Rugby neighborhood.
Linco, Inc. is working on water infrastructure for the City of Charlottesville’s Department of Utilities along Rugby Road between the intersections with Barracks Road and Preston Avenue. All residents impacted by the outage were notified by a door hanger on Thursday, November 11, 2021.
