Traffic Advisory: Utility Work on Westbound Monticello Avenue between 2nd Street SE and 6th Street SE
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – To reduce daytime traffic impacts, permitted utility work will be occurring within the westbound section of Monticello Avenue from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, May 5 through May 10 , weather permitting.
Please expect the road, sidewalks, and on-street parking at this location to be closed with a detour during this time. Local traffic will maintain access to the area. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and use alternate routes to avoid potential traffic delays. We appreciate your patience and caution regarding this matter.
