CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – Do you have a special talent for spreading holiday cheer with music? The City of Charlottesville is looking for singers, dancers, and musicians for this year’s Grand Illumination Holiday Concert. Whether you’re a solo act or part of a group, this is your chance to show off your festive talent in front of the Charlottesville community. All ages and genres are welcome!

To be considered for this year’s Holiday Concert, please send your name, contact information, and at least one performance video to cvillegrand@charlottesville.gov

Don’t miss this wonderful opportunity to showcase your talent in front of 3,000 community members and help make the 27th annual Grand Illumination on December 6th at Ting Pavilion the best celebration yet!

About the 27th Grand Illumination:
The 27th annual Grand Illumination will take place on Friday, December 6th from 5-8 PM at Ting Pavilion on the Downtown Mall. Presented by the City of Charlottesville and UVA Community Credit Union, this free holiday event is fun for all ages. Beginning at 5 PM, you can enjoy tasty beverages and treats from the Holiday Market and Charlottesville Ale Trail. The whole family can play games, win prizes, and collect cool giveaways at City Hall Plaza, and don’t forget special photo ops with Santa Claus and fan-favorites from Character Connections.
