In-Person Early Voting Begins Friday, January 19, 2024
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – In-person early voting for the March Dual Party Presidential Primary begins this Friday, January 19, and runs through Saturday, March 2.
Early voting will take place in the Office of Voter Registration during regular business hours, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The Voter Registration Office will also be open on two Saturdays, February 24 and March 2, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The office is located at 120 7th St NE, City Hall Annex, First Floor.
Curbside voting will be available for qualified voters, such as those with disabilities and voters who are over 65.
Any voter who wishes to request a mail ballot may do so by submitting a Vote by Mail Application to the Voter Registration Office by Friday, February 23 at 5:00 PM.
Registration for the November General Election closes on Monday, February 12.
All polling locations will be open from 6 AM to 7 PM on Election Day, Tuesday, March 5.
