During April 13-30, 2020, the southbound lane on Emmet St between Sprigg Ln and Thompson Rd will be closed for utility work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Flaggers will be present during working hours and the northbound lane will remain open. Steel plate and signage will be placed after working hours during the week and the site will be backfilled with stone on weekends. The sidewalk will remain open after working hours and on weekends.
