Water system work to occur at night along Rugby Road between the intersections with Barracks Rd and Rugby Rd/ Preston Ave for the next four weeks beginning October 3rd on Sunday-Thursday nights from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Linco, Inc. will be working for the City of Charlottesville’s Department of Utilities along Rugby Road between the intersections with Barracks Road and Rugby Road/ Preston Avenue. The contractor will be performing work on the City’s water system. Beginning Sunday, October 3, 2021, there will be a nighttime traffic control setup in the aforementioned area from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. The duration of work is approximately four weeks and will occur on Sunday – Thursday nights.
