Water St W will be CLOSED between 2nd St SW and Ridge/McIntire on weekdays between Feb. 8 and Feb. 19 during the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. A detour will also be in effect for Charlottesville Area Transit. This is to facilitate underground utility work for the CODE building.
