The intersection of E. High & Locust Ave / 10th St NE will be CLOSED nightly during the following dates: July 14-16, 2020; July 19-23, 2020; and July 26-30, 2020. The closure will be from 7 p.m. to 5:40 a.m. each day. This is to facilitate test digs and sanitary sewer installation/upgrades.
- Eastbound traffic will be detoured to Lexington Ave, Sycamore St, and Orange St
- Westbound traffic will be detoured to 11th St NE, Little High St, 10th St NE, and E Jefferson St
