Traffic Advisory: Construction work at Ivy Road and Alderman Road/Copeley Road
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – Permitted construction work will occur within the westbound lanes of Ivy Road west of Copeley Road between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM on July 18 and July 20 (weather permitting).
Expect the temporary deactivation of the traffic signal, lane closures, and flagging operations through the intersection during these times. Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible and to exercise due caution should it become necessary to traverse the area. Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation as we work to facilitate the construction of a world class city.
