Pedestrians will be diverted back by ADA compliant barriers. Due to limited sidewalks/crosswalks in the area, there is no viable detour for this particular intersection. The East most sidewalk on Rose Hill Dr. will be unaffected South of 1449 Westwood Road and North of 1463 Rutledge Avenue. The South most sidewalk on Rugby Rd West of 1504 and East of 1446 will be unaffected.
