Charlottesville Skate Park to Host Virginia Amateur Skateboard Contest on October 4
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – Charlottesville Parks & Recreation will host a Virginia Amateur Skateboard League (VASL) Contest on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at the Charlottesville Skate Park. The event is a Street, Park (Flow Bowl), and Vert/Bowl Skateboard Contest and the 8th stop on the VASL’s tour across Virginia. In addition to the competition, the event will feature raffles and giveaways throughout the day.
Schedule:
- Registration: Opens at 9:00 AM
- Street Contest: Begins at 10:00 AM
- Divisions: Girls, 7 & Under, 8–11, 12–15, 16 & Over, Girls Advanced, Open Advanced
- Park – Flow Bowl Contest: Starts immediately after Street
- Divisions: Girls, 7 & Under, 8–11, 12–15, 16 & Over, Girls Advanced, Open Advanced
- Vert / Bowl Contest: Starts immediately after Park
- Divisions: Girls, 7 & Under, 8–11, 12–15, 16 & Over, Girls Advanced, Open Advanced
