City Market Opens Saturday, April 5
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – The Charlottesville City Market will kick off its 52nd season on Saturday, April 5 from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM in Downtown Charlottesville. Explore a variety of fresh seasonal fruits, veggies, locally-raised meats, handmade crafts, homemade baked goods, and authentic cultural foods from local small businesses.
Charlottesville City Market, a proud member of Virginia Fresh Match, works to double the value of SNAP purchases at farmers markets and community food outlets. Together, we're not only increasing access to fresh produce but also uplifting economies, supporting local farmers, and building a resilient food system. Visit the Market Management tent to match your SNAP dollars up to $50.00 each visit.

Parking is available directly across from the market at the Water Street parking garage with the first hour free.
