RESCHEDULED: Eggstravaganza at McIntire Park (Next to the Skate Park) on April 12
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - The City of Charlottesville's annual Eggstravaganza will take place on Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at McIntire Park next to the Skate Park. This free, fun, and family-friendly event features egg hunts, arts & crafts, a photo op with the Parks and Rec Bunny, inflatable bounce houses, food vendors, and more!
Egg hunts will be separated into four different groups, ages 1-4, 5-8, 9-12 and a sensory-friendly egg hunt for all ages. Times for the egg hunts will be at 10:45 AM and 11:15 AM at McIntire Park next to the Skate Park area. Participants should bring their own basket to hunt for eggs.
Please note, this year’s event date has been changed from April 5 to April 12 due to multiple large-scale events to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. Please mark your calendars for April 12!
