Downtown Safe Halloween at Ting Pavilion
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - The City of Charlottesville's annual Downtown Safe Halloween Festival will take place on Saturday, October 25, 2025 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM at Ting Pavilion. This fun, family-friendly event features performances by Brushwood’s School of Dance, a magic show by Freckles ‘n Friends, DJ, a costume contest, photo booth, a giant slide & obstacle course, games, arts and crafts, and much more!
The event concludes with Trick or Treating on the Downtown Mall from 4:00 – 4:30 PM. This event is free and open to the public! The year's event is presented by Charlottesville Parks & Recreation in partnership with Bama Works and in conjunction with Friends of Charlottesville Downtown.
