CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA - The City of Charlottesville's annual Downtown Safe Halloween Festival will take place on Saturday, October 19, 2024 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm at the Ting Pavilion. This fun, family-friendly event features performances by Brushwood’s School of Dance and magic show by Freckles ‘n Friends, DJ, a costume contest, photo booth, a giant slide & obstacle course, games, arts and crafts, and much more! The event concludes with Trick or Treating on the Downtown Mall from 4:00pm – 4:30pm. The event is free and open to the public!
