Charlottesville Police Conduct Death Investigation
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA -Just before 1:00 am on December 6th, Charlottesville Police Officers responded to the 4th Street SE entrance to the Water Street parking garage for an unresponsive male suffering from an apparent fall from the garage.
The circumstances surrounding the fall are still under investigation.
The male was identified as 45-year-old Charlottesville resident, Keagan Carr. Mr. Carr was transported to the Officer of the Chief Medical Examiner where the cause and manner of death will be determined.
