Traffic Advisory: Route 250 at Park Street

October 29, 2025

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – Tri-State Utilities, a contractor for the Department of Utilities, will be performing planned sanitary sewer maintenance work in the westbound lanes of Route 250 in the vicinity of the Park Street ramps starting at 8:00 PM October 30 until October 31 at 5:00 AM.

We understand that this is in close proximity to residential areas, and there may be some noise associated with this work, but every attempt will be made to keep any disruption to a minimum.

Expect slow moving vehicles, lane closures, and traffic delays. Please obey posted signs, respect on-site traffic control personnel, and exercise all due caution while in the vicinity. Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation while we facilitate upkeep on the City’s vital infrastructure.
