Career Police Officer Eric Pendleton is CPD’s new Faith-based Community Liaison Officer. In this role, Eric works with faith-based organizations in the City to facilitate communication, build relationships, and work collaboratively to improve the quality of life in our community. His background in the Faith community includes ordination as a deacon, serving as the Child & Life Safety Ministry facilitator at his own congregation, and working with diverse local, state, and national faith or non-profit disaster relief groups here and overseas.

Officer Pendleton is a VA Certified Crime Prevention Specialist, Crisis Intervention Team member, and Certified General Instructor with years of experience teaching first responders and the community.
