Kelly Molina, is delighted to serve as the Hispanic Liaison for the department. Kelly has always worked with the Hispanic communities and proud to represent her community. Its really important to her that the community is open and work together with police officers in this community.
Kelly is from California and her parents are Salvadorian and her culture has always been really important to her.
