[ARCHIVED] Urban Heat Island Mapping Data - Now Available!

Map of 2021 Data Collection Bike & Driving Routes

Following from the 2021 Heat Watch - Urban Heat Island Mapping Campaign, the City of Charlottesville has received the final processed data files. A summary PDF report and the GIS datasets are now available on the City's website for download. The GIS-based datasets are also available on the City's Open Data Portal. Making this data available to the community for its use can help support individual civic projects and comparisons with other datasets.
