Traffic Advisory: ADA Sidewalk Remediation Work

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – Precision Safe Sidewalks will be performing trip hazard remediation work in the City of Charlottesville. They are expecting to perform this work along East Jefferson Street, 7th Street, 8th Street, 9th Street, and Market Street over the next two weeks.

This is a mobile, quick-moving operation. We apologize for the noise and inconvenience in travel. If you do need to get through the work area, the contractor will have staff watching for pedestrians and can stop work and aid them safely through the work zone. All sidewalks will be fully open and passable at the end of every workday. Further updates about upcoming work locations will be released weekly for the public's awareness.
