| The City of Charlottesville requests a quote to perform a topographic survey of Preston
Avenue/Barracks Road from the intersection of Madison Avenue to the intersection of Buckingham
Road. The survey limits include a strip 10’ beyond the Right-of-Way from Madison Avenue to Rugby
Road. The survey limits from Ruby Road to Buckingham Road will extend to the edges of pavement. The
survey will tie to NAD83/NAVD88 horizontal and vertical datums.
