| The City of Charlottesville – Department of
Utilities is seeking a qualified contractor to remediate above ground natural
gas pipe coating deficiencies located at a district regulator station within
the City of Charlottesville gas distribution system. The work will be performed on above
ground gas piping inside of a district regulator station building.

| A MANDATORY PRE-QUOTE MEETING ON SITE WILL BE HELD MONDAY, NOVEMBER 16 AT 10:00 AM; THE CLOSEST ADDRESS TO THE STATION IS 475 WESTFIELD RD IN CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA. THE QUALIFIED CONTRACTOR MUST HAVE PROVEN EXPERIENCE WITH REMOVING OLD COATINGS, CLEANING PIPES OF ALL OXIDATION AS WELL AS APPLYING NEW COATING ON NATURAL GAS PIPELINES WHILE THE PIPELINES REMAIN IN SERVICE. THE QUALIFIED CONTRACT MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WORKING ON NATURAL GAS FACILITIES WITH OPERATING PRESSURES UP TO 500 psi.
