The Contractor is to provide all supervision, equipment, labor and materials necessary to complete the work as described in the bid documents, plans, and specifications. The Contractor is responsible for procuring and installing all bi-polar ionization and UV devices listed in the solicitation per the manufacturer’s installation requirements. In addition to the devices listed in the spreadsheet, the Contractor is asked to provide the City with an additional twenty-five (25) AtmosAir Rainier R1 Summit devices.

While on City property Bidders are expected to adhere to the City’s limitation of the number of attendees at gatherings of no more than 50 people.
