Due to COVID-19, participants are expected to adhere to the requirements set forth in the City of Charlottesville COVID-19 Response Document and social distancing rules must be observed. While on City property Bidders are expected to adhere to the City’s limitation of the number of attendees at gatherings of no more than 50 people. | A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Thursday October 08, 2020 at 10:00 AM. Bidders are to meet outside the mall entrance of City Hall located at 605 E Main Street, Charlottesville, VA 22902. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. Bidders not attending the pre-bid meeting shall acknowledge on the bid form that they have or have note visited and inspected the site. It is up to Bidders to review each site during the pre-bid meeting to review site conditions; the City will allow as much time as needed for Bidders to review site conditions as needed.
