The City of Charlottesville is soliciting sealed proposals to establish one or more term contracts through competitive negotiation for professional design review services (architectural, landscape architecture, and urban design). The services rendered under the term contract(s) will include review of private sector development proposals submitted to the City under the Charlottesville Development Code.
