The purpose of this solicitation is to procure commissioning services associated with the Smith Aquatic Center Indoor Air Quality Renovations Project.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday September 29, 2020 at the Smith Aquatic & Fitness Center, 1000-A Cherry Avenue, Charlottesville, VA 22903. Due to restrictions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, public access to City facilities is currently prohibited. The mailing of bids is preferred, but if a bid is hand delivered, it will be received by Facilities Maintenance Staff up to the bid due date of 2:00 PM local prevailing time on Wednesday October 07, 2020, at the Facilities Maintenance Building (315 4th Street NW, Charlottesville, VA 22903). ALL HAND DELIVERED BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THIS LOCATION PRIOR TO 2:00 PM local prevailing time on Wednesday October 07, 2020.
Bids will not be accepted at any other location.
