| A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for October 18, 2023 at 2:00 pm at the Charlottesville High School Softball Field (project location), 1401 Melbourne Road, Charlottesville, VA 22901. Attendance is not mandatory, but is strongly recommended. Bidders should meet by the Stadium Field House adjacent to the CHS football Field.
