Base Bid includes replacement of sloped slate roof on the East and West portions of the Key Recreation Center (approximately 7,650sf) located at 800 East Market Street, Charlottesville, VA 22902. Additive Bid Item (ABI) #2, if accepted by the Owner, would include replacement of the North and South flat (membrane) roofs on the same building.

| Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Monday, June 26, 2023 at 1:00pm in the Key Recreation Center (project location), 800 E. Market Street, Charlottesville, VA 22902. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. Bidders not attending the pre-bid conference shall acknowledge on the bid form that they have or have not visited and inspected the site. Site visits may be coordinated in advance by contacting the Project Manager.
