This Project will rehabilitate existing sanitary sewers, manholes and service laterals throughout the Owner’s service area. In addition, the project will be used to repair defective storm sewers and catch basins. This Contract will be primarily used to repair sewer system defects that are allowing substantial rainwater and ground water (inflow and infiltration) into the sewer system. In addition, this Contract will focus on the repair of significant structural defects (storm and sanitary sewers) that are causing re-occurring maintenance issues. Work may include point repairs to existing manholes and sewers (storm and sanitary) to repair specific defects, installing new sewers and manholes to replace existing sewers and manholes, installation of cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP) in storm and sanitary sewers, other miscellaneous manhole rehabilitation work, and all preparatory work such as cleaning and television inspection. All references to "the Drawings" throughout the Specifications refer to the Example Work Orders included at the end of the Specifications. This Project will have a 1-year construction duration with the option to renew for 4 additional 1-year terms.

| A pre-bid conference has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 1:30 pm. The pre-bid meeting will be a virtual meeting using Microsoft Teams. Interested Bidders shall contact the Engineer and provide an email address for the attendee(s) to receive the Teams Meeting invite and link. Attendance will be taken at the start of the pre-bid meeting. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
