The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the procurement of professional services (engineering planning, design and construction, and administrative services) for the City of Charlottesville’s Utilities Department. The contract will include, but not limited to, project types such as listed herein and other types as needed and requested. The successful Offeror shall provide complete design, consulting and construction administration services for all water infrastructure projects and for additional services as required by the City.
