The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish one or more term contracts through competitive negotiations for the procurement of professional engineering services for the City of Charlottesville (City) Utilities Department.  The term contract(s) will include project types such as those listed herein.  The successful Offeror(s) will be required to provide complete design and consulting services for all, or specific types, of the various project types listed.
