| A pre-bid conference has been scheduled for March 15, 2023 at 10:00AM in the Johnson Elementary School (1645 Cherry Ave, Charlottesville, VA 22903). Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. Bidders will have to check in at the main entrance and obtain a visitor’s pass. Bidders not attending the pre-bid conference shall acknowledge on the bid form that they have or have not visited and inspected the site. Site visits can be coordinated with advance notification by contacting Stewart Harding, City Project Manager, The City of Charlottesville (434) 970-3646, or email hardings@charlottesville.gov.
