The City of Charlottesville, Department of Utilities is seeking a qualified Contractor to remove existing flooring and install new flooring in the Utilities Lunchroom. The work will be performed on a “weekend” schedule beginning on a Friday and will be completed by that following Sunday in order to minimize operations impact.

| Some City owned or maintained facilities will be temporarily and/or conditionally opened and available for site investigations and/or construction work. Based on recommendations set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Virginia Department of Health and the Thomas Jefferson Health District, all City staff, contractors and vendors must adhere to strict social distancing recommendations, wearing of face coverings, enhanced sanitizing procedures, and apply relevant workplace guidance and regulations from state and federal authorities.
