| A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for July 08, 2020 at 10:00 AM in the Smith Aquatic & Fitness Center located at 1000-A Cherry Avenue, Charlottesville, VA 22903. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. Bidders are to meet at the main entrance of the facility. Participants are expected to adhere to Governor Ralph Northam’s restriction on gatherings of no more than 10 people and social distancing rules must be observed. Other proper precautions must be taken regarding COVID-19. Bidders not attending the pre-bid meeting shall acknowledge on the bid form that they have or have not visited and inspected the site.
