This project consists of the removal of the existing eight (8) Dectron make-up air units at Walker Upper Elementary School, and their replacement with new make-up air units as specified in the drawings and specifications. All work in shall be in accordance with the drawings and specifications found in ATTACHMENT C of the IFB.

| Some City owned or maintained facilities will be temporarily and/or conditionally opened and available for site investigations and/or construction work.
