Description:

This project consists of the removal of the existing Johnson/Trend Controls for the Charlottesville City Hall and Police Building and the installation of an Alerton Direct Digital Controls system, and all electrical and controls work required. Also included is the relocation of the existing Jace Global Control Module from the City Hall Basement Mechanical Room to the Michie Mechanical Room and re-connections to existing Michie equipment and the installation of a new VFD, associated wiring, and conduit for CWP-2.
