The City of Charlottesville is soliciting quotations from qualified vendors to supply all labor, equipment, and materials to install a new EPDM roof over the existing metal roof on the modular units behind Walker Upper Elementary School. Roof size roughly 56’ 4” X 31’ 1”, 1,751 Square feet.

| Some City owned or maintained facilities will be temporarily and/or conditionally opened and available for site investigations and/or construction work.
