| Due to restrictions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, public access to City facilities is currently prohibited. It is the responsibility of the Offeror/Bidder to ensure timely and correct e-mail delivery of their quote. No pre-quote meeting is scheduled. Site visits may be arranged by contacting Bill Strother, Structural Maintenance Manager, at STROTHERB@charlottesville.gov All site visits must be scheduled by June 15thth, 2021.
