The City of Charlottesville is soliciting quotations from qualified vendors to provide labor, material,
equipment, and supervision to scrape, glaze, replace broken window panes, repair rotten trim, and paint the exterior
of the Charlottesville Circuit Court building located at 315 East High Street.

| Some City owned or maintained facilities will be temporarily and/or conditionally opened and available for site investigations and/or construction work. Based on recommendations set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Virginia Department of Health and the Thomas Jefferson Health District, all City staff, contractors and vendors must adhere to strict social distancing recommendations, wearing of face coverings, enhanced sanitizing procedures, and apply relevant workplace guidance and regulations from state and federal authorities.
