Project Description:

• Removal of existing cooling tower including existing pump, associated piping, electrical wiring, and controls wiring.
• Installation of new cooling tower on new elevated piers and beams, including new associated piping, electrical wiring, and controls wiring.
• Modification of existing concrete pad and sump pit.
• Construction of new pump house containing installation of new electrical panels, transformer, pumps, variable frequency drives, electric ceiling heater, exhaust fan, including new associated piping, electrical wiring, and controls wiring.
• Construction of new retaining wall and new fencing surrounding new cooling tower.
