The City of Charlottesville is soliciting sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the purchase of transfer and disposal of Municipal Solid Waste and Construction and Demolition Debris generated by City Programs and City Departments.  

The City is interested in offerors’ ability to receive and transfer recycling materials, vegetation, compost, and the ability to separate various types of waste in effort to divert these wastes from the landfill.
