The City of Charlottesville is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms to establish multiple term contracts through competitive negotiation for the purchase of facilitation services and executive development/coaching services for various City departments.  Offerors may submit a proposal for facilitation services only, for executive development/coaching services only, Customer Service, or Racial/Equity Training or all four.  The City reserves the right to make multiple awards as a result of this solicitation.
