The City of Charlottesville is seeking qualified firms to develop and prepare a coordinated agency emergency response through planning, training, exercising, and evaluating the response protocols with local and regional first responders as recommended by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) under the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) with Charlottesville Area Transit (CAT) staff.
