The Purpose for this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a five- or six-year term contract through competitive negotiation for the Lease of sixty (60) Golf Carts, one (1) Range/Utility Cart and one (1) Beverage Cart and related maintenance services of said vehicles for the Meadowcreek Golf Course operations. The City does not intend to purchase said carts and/or continue related maintenance services at the end of the Lease.
