| A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 16, 2023 at 2:00pm at the south entrance of the Public Works/Utilities Administration Building located at 305 4th Street NW, Charlottesville, Virginia 22903. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. Bidders not attending the pre-bid conference shall acknowledge on the Pricing Schedule that they have or have not visited and inspected the site.
