All work described herein and in the Related Documents is included as part of this solicitation unless otherwise specified. The scope of services generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:

• Select shingle roof repair.
• Recoat existing EPDM roof.
• Select standing seam metal roof replacement.
• Soffit repair/replacement & repainting.
• Gutter cleaning & select replacement.
• Exterior brickwork preparation and repainting.
• Wood window surrounds repair and repainting.
• Replacement of select wood window sills, as indicated in the construction documents.
• Replacement of building sealant where extension meets main building.
• Replacement of vinyl siding trim at window and door, as indicated in the construction documents.
• Pressure washing of vinyl siding.
• Pressure washing of wooden deck, select wood replacement and repainting.
• Extension of select drain lines, as indicated in the construction documents.
• Removal of ivy from porch columns.
• Thorough cleaning of the project site.
• Daily on-site project management supervision.
