Demo and replace existing Cooling Tower, Chill Water Pumps, Hot Water Pumps, Heat Exchanger and Fencing around the cooling tower per the plans and specs. Install new retaining wall between parking lot sidewalk side and the enclosure fencing.

| The City will receive and accept deliveries from shipping services such as USPS, Fedex and UPS. The mailing (utilizing contracted shipping services) of bids is preferred, but if a bid is hand delivered by the Bidder, it may ONLY be hand delivered on November 2, 2022 at 315 4TH STREET NW, CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA 22903 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (local prevailing time).
