Seeking quotes to remove three (3) existing water source heat pump units located in the J&DR Court and install three (3) new water source heat pumps. The new water source heat pumps and hose kits have been purchased by the City of Charlottesville. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary to install all equipment that will be provided by the City of Charlottesville. All equipment, materials, and installation work shall comply with this specification, the Virginia OSHA Standards, and the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Codes. All equipment shall be installed in accordance with the equipment manufacturer’s published instructions.
