    • RN-A (Low-Density Sensitive Residential Neighborhood): Large lots with up to 2 dwelling units per lot. (up to 6 with bonuses).
    • R-B (Medium-Density Residential): Smaller lots allowing duplexes, townhomes, and small multi-family buildings, with up to 6 dwelling units per lot (12 with bonuses).
    • R-C (High-Density Residential): Designed for apartment complexes and mixed-use buildings, with up to 8 dwelling units per lot (12 with bonuses).
